It's set in the Moonsea region of the Forgotten Realms. And while Ubi Soft is publishing the title, it will still bear the SSI brand.

The game is being developed by Stormfront Studios, who oldtimers will remember from SSI's classic Gold Box series. The builds we've seen so far are quite complete and we hope that the extra month or so of polish and balancing will really pay off once the game lands on store shelves. Producer Chuck Yager says Pool of Radiance is on track for a late September release.
